Georgetown Pool and Patio

This project in Georgetown included a new 15′ x 30′ geometric shaped swimming pool and spa. The spa is just steps from the backdoor so they can enjoy it year round. The pool has a feature wall with two sheer descents.   There is also a beach area with two bubblers for the home owner to play with her grandkids. The home owners did a great job of picking out tile to match the existing stonework of their home.

In addition to the pool we installed 1032 sq ft of concrete decking with SunDek finish.  We also built a patio cover and outdoor kitchen area with both a GreenEgg and a Bull BBQ.

We partially enclosed their existing covered patio with a louvered wall where the homeowners will mount a tv. We also built a bar with sink and refrigerator as well as additional storage.

Finally, we enclosed the entire yard with a black powder coated fence.  Based on HOA requirements we also put in stone stanchions every 50′.
